SOUTHPAW RED CARPET INTERVIEWS (Videos) – Eminem, along with some other celebrities, made a surprise appearance at the New York premiere of Southpaw. On the red carpet, the stars of the upcoming drama discussed their characters, the moving story, and director Antoine Fuqua‘s immersive filmmaking style.
Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Billy Hope, a boxer who had everything, but eventually loses it all after one tragic accident. After losing his daughter to Child Services, Billy tries repairing his own life, while preparing for an epic comeback in the ring.
Southpaw is directed by Antoine Fuqua and also stars Rachel McAdams, Naomie Harris, Forest Whitaker, Victor Ortiz, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Tyrese Gibson, Oona Lawrence, and Rita Ora.
PLOT: A boxer fights his way to the top, only to find his life falling apart around him.
